The Men’s 045 squad travelled to play against Northumbria, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire in the first stage of the O45’s.
The team of Tony Hetherington, Dave Box, Daver Gray, Ronnie Bell, John Bell and Andrew Bell managed to win all of their team matches dropping just four sets en-route. They will now play in stage 2 for a chance at promotion to division 1.

The senior open age team was also in action in Wolverhampton last month, winning one of their three matches – narrowly losing the last despite being a match ball up) and missing out on the promotion group.
